Convert XAPK to APK

XAPK file is an archive which contains APK and OBB app installation files. In order to convert XAPK to APK (or more precisely XAPK to APK and OBB) you will need to decompress the XAPK file. Convert XAPK file to APK on Mac OS device

To decompress XAPK file on your Mac OS device perform following steps:

• Change XAPK file extension to ZIP
• Double click on resulting file
• If you have decompression software installed the file will extract automatically with Mac OS Archive Utility
• You should see extracted files appear under the folder name the same as file name you are extracting

Convert XAPK to APK on Windows OS

To decompress XAPK file on your Windows OS device perform following steps:

• If you do not have any decompression utility installed download and install WinRAR or WinZIP utilities.
• Once decompression utility is installed change extension of the file in question from XAPK to ZIP
• Double click on the resulting file and it will open in the installed decompression utility
• Click "Extract to..." button or menu option in the decompression utility and select the folder where you want to place extracted files.
• Click on "Extract" to start the decompression process.
• APK and OBB files will be extracted to the folder you selected.

Install XAPK file on Android OS without conversion

You can directly install XAPK file on Android OS without extracting it by following these steps:

• Install "XAPK Installer" utility app on your Android device
• Open "XAPK Installer" app and use it to select XAPK file you want to install.
• Click on "Install" button to proceed with install
• The app inside the XAPK file will be installed
